Vinny the Pug’s final quest is to lay the groundwork to literally End the Killing of “Healthy” Pets in the U.S. and Canada by 2020. Though our objective might seem overly ambitious, we’ve done our homework and are totally prepared to use whatever time either of us have left to work toward our goal of reaching 100% NO KILL by the year 2020.
