Just returned from a wonderful trip to SuperZoo. There were so many great products in almost every pet product category that your could think of. Our pets are certainly loved and well taken care of. You can really see the science and technology behind products taking pet products to a whole new level.
The production crew and I really enjoyed our stay in a city that doesn’t sleep… it could be because fire alarms go off at 2:30AM and make you wide awake trying to gather your senses as you descend to safety….only to find out some ignorant prankster pulled the alarm?…wish we had a camera running on that. Not a smart thing…..Back to the trip:
Got to get some wonderful interviews done with so many great pet industry people like Laura Nativo, Wendy Diamond, Holly Madison, Harrison Forbes, Sandy Robins, Kristen Levine, Marlene Cook, Corbin Maxey, Animal Radio Team and many others. All of the pet experts we talked too are so knowledge and passionate about the safety and well-being of our beloved animals. All of us agreed that the information and awareness level continues to grow and helps us become better pet parents.
Also got to interview Steve Garvey and Jose Canseco – Both are big pet lovers and work with Natural Balance on their pet initiatives. We’ve all the stories about Jose…Our experience with him was a highlight. He was such a fun and nice guy. We were skeptical, but he really is an Animal loving person and knowledge too. Steve shared a touching story about getting his first dog….Look forward to sharing the stories/interviews with you all soon!
Fun trip, wish we could’ve stayed longer and spent more time with all the great people that are in the pet industry. It’s an industry that just has so much fun and passion for their work.
