About Melissa Kauffman:
Melissa Kauffman is the Editorial Director for I-5 Publishing, LLC. Her primary duties focus on the content for I-5 Publishing, LLC’s 13 consumer and business-to-business websites. She has worked at I-5 Publishing, LLC for the past 20 years covering different aspects of the pet industry in both print and online, interacting with both pet owners and pet industry members.
A native of Pennsylvania, Kauffman has her degree in journalism and media studies and interned for an NBC affiliate television station before turning to a life of print and online, where she combines her passion for pets with her passion for accurate, informative and entertaining content creation and SEO strategy. Today she resides in Southern California with her husband, two dogs and two parrots.
