Dog Safe Peanut Butter & Apple treats for your dog!
On this edition of Cooking For Your Pets, Pet World Insider’s resident Pet Chef, Robert Semrow, shows you a fun and creative recipe for those special pups in your life – Peanut Butter & Apple Treats! The pet recipe is simple and has a few healthy twists. This Dog Safe Peanut Butter and Apple treat is sure to be enjoyed by all of your pups at your next event.
Dog Safe Peanut Butter & Apple Ingredients:
2 Cups – Brown Rice Flour
2 Cups of diced/shredded apple – about 4 apples (Be sure to remove skin, core and seeds)
3/4 Cup – Peanut Butter
3/4 Cup – Chia Seed
1 Egg
Directions
Mix ingredients together, need out and use cookie cutter to make cookies. Place on non-stick pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Tip – If you want cookies to be crunchier – cook an extra few minutes, for chewy, a few minutes less.
